A couple of weeks ago, we started with a simple question:

“How much do they actually know about me?”

It’s a question I’ve heard for years. Not angry. Not dramatic. Just… uneasy.

So instead of dismissing it, we walked through it.

Over ten posts, we unpacked what’s really happening behind the scenes — calmly, without hype.

If you missed any of them, here’s the full series:

  10. A Simple Framework for Digital Peace of Mindhttps://pcrescue.me/blog/digital-peace-of-mind-framework

If there’s one theme running through all of it, it’s this:

Most digital anxiety comes from misunderstanding.

Not from secret surveillance.

Not from your computer “watching” you.

Real-world problems usually come from ordinary things:

  • Reused passwords
  • Unsecured email
  • Phishing
  • Old devices still signed in

And the good news?

Those are manageable.

You don’t need to turn everything off.

You don’t need to install ten security programs.

You don’t need to live in paranoia.

You just need the fundamentals handled.

That’s it.

Over the next few days, I’ll also be putting together a simple Windows vs Mac privacy guide you can save and reference — nothing dramatic, just clarity.

I’ve also opened a small number of Digital Privacy & Account Security Review sessions over the next five weeks for anyone who wants a calm, focused walkthrough of their own setup.

PS: These are 60-minute sessions ($149). I've made time available for these on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm. We’ll review exposure risks, secure your primary accounts, and create a simple plan going forward. If you’ve been reading this series thinking, “I’d feel better if someone just looked at this with me,” you can book here:

As always, my goal isn’t to make you worry about your digital life.

It’s to help you worry less.
