Your printer shows a code. Server Error 100032. Error 0x6100004a. Something with a colon in it.

That numbe is basically useless.

It is an internal reference. It tells an engineer at the factory which routine failed. It was never meant to tell you what is wrong, and in most cases it cannot, because the same code covers a dozen different situations.

If you search online?. The manufacturer's page gives you the same list every time. Power cycle. Reinstall the driver. Factory reset. Call support. That list is the same whatever the code is.

Most of the results you get from a search DO NOT go to the manufacturer's page. Search a printer error code and you will find sites that exist only to catch that search. They look like support. They post a phone number. You call it, and the person who answers wants remote access to your computer and a payment for something. Nobody legitimate is waiting on the other end of a number you found by searching an error code. Your printer's maker does not buy ads against its own error messages.

Never call a support number you found in a search result. Get the number off the manufacturer's own site.

Here's a quick way to diagnose the issue:

Does it copy? Make a photocopy without the computer involved. If it copies, the printing hardware works. The paper feeds, the head fires, the motor turns. Your problem is between the computer and the printer, not inside it.

Will it print its own test page? Every printer will print something from its own front panel. A configuration page, a nozzle check, a status report. If it prints that but not your document, same answer as above. The printer is fine.

Does it fail from a second device? Print from a phone, or another computer. Fails from one and works from the other, and you have a computer problem. Fails from everything, and it is the printer or the network.
