You’re all set.
Thanks for purchasing the $29 PCRescue Diagnostic Review.
Next, we’ll turn your diagnostic results into a calm, prioritized action plan —
what to fix first, what can wait, and what you can safely ignore.
Note: a high score means your PC is healthy — it can still feel slow.
We’ll use the report (including the Performance Signals) to explain why and what to do next.
Typical turnaround
You’ll receive your review by email. If we need anything else, we’ll ask with simple instructions.
What you’ll get
A clear summary + priorities + next steps. No jargon, no pressure, no “gotchas.”
Need help fast?
If your computer is unusable, that’s different. Use your normal PCRescue support path (subscribers first).
What to do next
Run the diagnostic (if you haven’t already)
Download it, run it, and your report will open automatically in your browser. Keep that report open when you’re done.
Send us your report (only if requested)
In many cases, the on-screen report is enough. If we need the report files, we’ll email you a secure link and clear instructions.
If you’re asked to send files: it’s usually the HTML report. Sometimes we’ll also ask for the JSON file for extra detail. The diagnostic places them in your Downloads folder, inside PCRescue-Diagnostic.
Watch for your action plan
You’ll get a short, prioritized plan: Fix Now → Fix Soon → Ignore for now. If something is truly urgent, we’ll say so (calmly) and explain why.
If you need to find the report files
Most people won’t need this. But if you’re asked to attach the report files, here’s the quickest way to locate them on Windows:
Look for: Report.html (and sometimes Report.json)
