Finds what's actually slowing you down and trims what loads at startup. Honest gains, not miracles. When the real answer is a failing drive or not enough memory, it says so instead of pretending a cleanup will fix it.
Secure It 9
Confirms Defender, your firewall, and your updates are switched on and current, removes what it finds, and shows you which USB drives have been plugged into this machine. Most "I think I have a virus" calls turn out to be something quietly turned off.
Network 6
The wifi and internet problems a reboot usually solves, solved without the reboot. Renews your connection, clears DNS, switches to secure DNS, sets a network to public or private.
Every fix tells you what it is before you run it
This is the part I'd want to see if I were you, and the part no scareware tool will ever show you.
