Windows may warn you the first time

Edge or Chrome may say Microsoft doesn't trust this download. Windows may show a blue screen that says Windows protected your PC.

That is not a virus warning.

Microsoft trusts files that millions of people have already downloaded. Nobody has downloaded this one yet. The Kit shipped this week. Every new program starts here, and the warning goes away as more people install it.

The installer is signed by PCRescue Labs LLC. You can check before you run it. Right click the file, choose Properties, then Digital Signatures. It should read PCRescue Labs LLC. If it doesn't, don't run it, and tell me.

Getting past it

  • In Edge, click the three dots next to the download, then Keep. Edge asks again. Click Show more, then Keep anyway. Both steps are needed. The first one alone does nothing.
  • In Chrome, click Keep on the download bar.
  • When the blue screen appears, click More info, then Run anyway.

If none of that works, email help@pcrescue.me and I will send you the file another way.

Over 70 fixes, one click each

It opens to a plain summary of your machine: drive health, memory, disk space, how it is actually doing. One button says Diagnose. Press it and the Kit tells you what it found, then offers the fix.

Fix It 44

Repairs corrupt system files, unjams Windows Update, clears stuck print queues, checks drive health, frees up disk space. Most of what I do on the bench lives here.

Speed It Up 6

Finds what's actually slowing you down and trims what loads at startup. When the real answer is a failing drive or not enough memory, it says so.

Secure It 11

Confirms Defender, your firewall and your updates are on and current. Most "I think I have a virus" calls turn out to be something quietly switched off.

Network 10

The wifi and internet problems a reboot usually solves, solved without the reboot. Renews your connection, clears DNS, switches to secure DNS.

Every fix tells you what it is first

You get a risk label, the actual command, how long it takes, and a plain-English sentence about what happened when it's done.

Safe

Nothing to undo, nothing to lose. Most of the app is this.

Caution

Does something real you should understand first, like emptying the Recycle Bin. It explains before it asks.

Advanced

Bigger hammer, like rolling back to a restore point. Marked clearly so you don't wander into it.

What it isn't

You've seen the ads. Scan your PC free, discover 4,812 critical errors, pay $39.99 to fix them. That whole category earned its reputation honestly.

PCRescue Kit won't invent problems, and it won't make a five year old laptop run like new, because no software can. It runs the real repair tools that ship with Windows, the ones buried six menus deep or stuck behind a command prompt, and shows you exactly what it ran. When it can't fix something, it says so, even when the honest answer is a new drive.

One price. One time.

Everybody else in this category rents you their software forever. I'd rather sell it to you once and be done.

$49 one time

Once. Not per year.

Buy the license, $49

One time, not a subscription. Lifetime updates. Already a member? It's included free, don't buy it here.

Or download it free and unlock the rest whenever you want.

  • Every fix unlocked, all four categories
  • Updates for life, no renewal date
  • No subscription, no auto-renew, no card on file
  • Email support from a real repair shop in Maine

Already a PCRescue Member? It's yours free, included with any paid membership.

The download is free either way. Install it, read what every fix does and the command behind it, and run a good number of them at no charge. The rest need a license. No countdown, no nag screens.
